Happy New Year!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

There will be some expansion for the Am I Not Human campaign in 2008 as we seek to post participant articles here at the main blog. We hope you'll enjoy them as we seek to continue celebrating the raising of awareness so human rights abuses have no dark corners to hide in, moving forward.

Please continue to join us on the 27th of each month for the "Am I Not Human campaign", and share the links to your articles by clicking the yellow button in the sidebar to the right, so we can all enjoy one another's human rights focus for the month. You may even have a personal story to tell, or perhaps you've interviewed someone who does.

Have a year that celebrates life, progress, and above all equality and excellence in availability of opportunities for diverse peoples.

Make Art For Global Solutions

http://images.inmagine.com/img/blendimages/bld131/bld131277.jpg

“Citizens for Global Solutions is holding its 4th Annual Multimedia contest for artists, designers, poets, activists and just about anyone interested in thinking about global issues and making some cool art. The top contenders will be published on our website.

We’re looking for short multimedia pieces (flash animation, spoken word, digital video) that can inspire, amuse and activate people out there who believe that a better world is possible. You are welcome to work alone, in a team, or as part of a classroom project (but the cash prizes remain the same).”

Please read more at the site: Globalsolutions.org

The deadline is November 10th.

Tremendous thanks to Cooper of Darfur: A Hell On Earth for the information.
